EP/GP Donation Info~

While we are still getting some of the new donation things organized, I did want to at least give you guys a heads up on what things are set in stone.

There is a cap on how much EP/GP we want people to be able to get each week for one, and I will try to keep you guys updated on your numbers, so you can keep track of if you are donating too much on any given week ( It can happen! ). This way, no one will flood their EP gain too much, and ideally, no one will have to stress too much over how much to give, plus putting a cap on it means you can save some of your mats for the following weeks if you really wanted.

Second, this is just a reminder, but please be sure to mail the items to me. Those of you that have sent me stuff have been amazing, and really helpful, but I just want to keep on this great track! If you feel like putting in the time, adding up the numbers will help me out a little, though there is no obligation (so if you send a bunch of stuff, you can put in the letter "550 herbs(excluding Fly traps and frostweed please~), 150 black rock ore, 60 True Iron" and so on. You don't have to, but it does really help if you want to put in the time. )

The Donation week starts on Saturday, and ends on Friday, so please be sure to get your donations in by Friday. If you are running late, for whatever reason, just let me know, I don't want to be too crazy strict about it, but at the same time, I don't want to make a habit of taking late donations, and having to edit last weeks stuff this week.

We have a place for over flow storage now! Will was kind enough to let us use one of his old guilds, so when we have extra items in Lichbane's bank, they will be moved over to this other guild. If you would like to see what supplies we have in this storage space, you will need to make an alt on any of the servers in our linked server group (Kirin Tor, Sentinels, Steamwheedle Cartel), and we will place it into the guild.
